Grayson is top boss in December

Simon Grayson rounded the weeks celebrations by winning the December Manager of the Month award. Simon had a fantastic December winning three and drawing two of United's five games, most notably the 2-0 home victory against league leaders QPR.

This is a fantastic achievement for him and said "A lot of hard work has gone in by my players and the rest of the staff. It's testament to the efforts of everyone and how hard we have worked over the past few weeks and months."

He has had many highlights in his time at Elland Road none more memorable than promotion form League 1 on the final day of the season. He has also enjoyed some fantastic results in cup including a 1-0 win over Manchester United, a 2-2 draw at White Hart Lane against Tottenham, and most recently another draw in North London with a 1-1 to Arsenal.

May Simon Grayson's reign at Elland Road continue as the man who started his career at the Yorkshire club looks to secure them back to back promotions to the Premier League.
